Apnay guzray 12 mah ke
Dukh sukh ka andaza karna
Guzri yaaden taaza karna
Saada sa ik kagaz lay kar
Apna beeta kal likh laina
Guzra ik ik pal likh laina
Saray dost akhatay karna
Sari subhain hazir karna
Sari shaamein pass bulana
Aur elava in ke dekho…
Ik ik yaad gumaan mein laana
Phir mohtaat qayaas lagana
Gar tau khushian bhar jati hain
Tau phir tum ko meri taraf se
Aanay wala saal mubarik
Aur agar gham bhar jain tau
Mat bekaar takaluf karna
Dekho tau phir aisa karna
Meri khushian tum le laina
Mujh ko apnay gham dey daina

no this isnt ur poem , with some modifications u hve managed to say it ur own , while infact its from a very big Pakistani poetess ” Parveen shakir ” and trust me the original one is far far better than ur copy ….try something original next time !
